ABOUT THE LABEL: Belladonna Records, set up in 2005 by Samarah, a long time electronic music producer in Madison, WI, is a label and versatile collective of music lovers who pursue electronic music's aesthetic, energy and individualistic expression through technology with sounds that are microtonal, original and emotive.

Our releases are typically that of fine dub, drum n' bass, techno, IDM, glitch, ambient, experimental, noise and so on. The actual genres aren't important. We aim for our music to either send you flying into a deep emotional orbit or a frenzy of claps and fist-pumps. In other words, float like a butterfly, sting like a bee.

New Electronic artist “High Class Animals” Album - Experimental IDM Ambient Goodness

Belladonna is proud to announce our 14th release!

“The beauty of the EP “In Between Ghosts & Ojects” really shines when you listen from start to finish. The five songs are intertwined and play like a concept album; Harper has orchestrated a stage of movements playing out a bold theme with powerful soundscapes and whirring piano melodies. Dark sonic atmospheres are illuminated with synths and heavenly acid lines.

Half way through is when the unexpected twists of more aggressive, rolling breaky beats and melodies that are a cocktail of Techno, IDM and dubstep.

If you’ve been craving new, GOOD music like the rest of us; High Class Animal’s “In Between Ghosts & Ojects” delivers!
