ABOUT THE LABEL: Belladonna Records, set up in 2005 by Samarah, a long time electronic music producer in Madison, WI, is a label and versatile collective of music lovers who pursue electronic music's aesthetic, energy and individualistic expression through technology with sounds that are microtonal, original and emotive.

Our releases are typically that of fine dub, drum n' bass, techno, IDM, glitch, ambient, experimental, noise and so on. The actual genres aren't important. We aim for our music to either send you flying into a deep emotional orbit or a frenzy of claps and fist-pumps. In other words, float like a butterfly, sting like a bee.

Happy to share some sounds from our new friend, High Class Animals. Dark ambient with a brooding energy in a sound scape of snare rolls, delicate vocals, flowing synths and classy keys.
